About the Congruence Law Network
The Congruence Law Network is a professional collaboration platform that connects individuals, families, and businesses with independent attorneys and affiliated law firms committed to principled advocacy and client-centered legal service.

By fostering collaboration among participating attorneys across multiple practice areas, the network helps individuals and organizations identify legal counsel equipped to address complex and evolving legal challenges.
Attorneys participating in the Congruence Law Network represent clients in a variety of matters, including civil litigation, education law, disability rights, employment disputes, veterans’ benefits, immigration matters, whistleblower protections, and business and contractual matters. The specific services available may vary depending on the experience, licensure, and jurisdiction of the participating attorney or affiliated law firm.

Adam Z. Schreiber
Civil Litigation and Commercial Disputes
Founding Member of Congruence Law MD LLC
Adam Z. Schreiber is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes in state and federal courts. He represents businesses and sophisticated commercial clients in industries including real estate, healthcare, and hospitality.
Mr. Schreiber’s work includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing pleadings, and conducting legal research in complex litigation matters.
He has experience supporting trial teams in both trial and appellate matters and regularly advises clients on litigation strategy and regulatory issues affecting commercial operations.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Schreiber worked in legal and regulatory roles in Washington, D.C., where he conducted research and policy analysis involving financial regulation, securities law, and federal legislative matters.
Mr. Schreiber earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Christian J. Riddell
Of Counsel to Congruence Law MD LLC
Litigation, Trial Practice, and Appeals
Christian J. Riddell is a trial attorney with extensive experience handling civil litigation, personal injury matters, criminal defense, employment disputes, and business litigation in both state and federal courts.
He is the founder of The Riddell Law Group and has built a practice focused on strategic litigation and effective courtroom advocacy.
Mr. Riddell regularly represents clients at trial and appellate levels and has appeared before state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. His practice includes complex civil disputes, administrative law matters, and high-stakes litigation involving individuals and businesses.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Riddell served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Donio in the New Jersey Superior Court and worked with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, assisting with congressional hearings, investigations, and legislative research.
Mr. Riddell earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and an LL.M. in Law and Government from American University Washington College of Law.

Law Clerk
Justin is a Law Clerk and received his juris doctorate from the University of Washington D.C.'s Clarke School of Law. He also functions as the managing member of Congruence Law, PLLC, the network platform providing core services to the affiliate firms. He also functions as a law clerk in support of the various firms under the supervision of the affiliated firm attorneys. He has extensive experience in client intake, legal research and drafting, with special focus on technology and business process capabilities.
Prior to transitioning his professional focus to legal advocacy, Justin has worked extensively in management consulting supporting various government and organizational clients to establish and enhance their project portfolio management capabilities.
